My sister and I took our older kids in to see Kung Fu Panda in 3D and had a great time and yes I ate movie popcorn and LOVED it. Short post today, but I am off to work!
I was very happy with my splits yesterday mile 3 was where I had to run through a lot of mud. My shoes aren't very white anymore..HA!

Yay for no rain! I'm right there with ya girl, yesterday was the first day of sunshine and I literally got on my knees and thanked the weather gods!

Good luck on your 5k! My first race (in April) was a trail run. It also included 800 ft. of elevation. It was a doozie for a first race.

I dislike trail running here in Washington state due to the amount of mud there is to deal with. Later in the summer things dry out a bit. Until then, I'm on paved roads only. lol
