My kids both slept in until 8 am. This was a record. They never sleep in, but maybe going to two parties yesterday and not getting home until 11:30 last night wore them out a little! My Aunt took the kids for a while this today and they met me on the road singing Yankee Doodle. My neice was there also.
Very serious here! No run for me today, i slept in too and it was hot by the time I got around to thinking about working out. So i got sweaty on the elliptical.
Then I did some bodyrocking and clapping pushups. Yeah I work out in scrubs sometimes, they also double as pajamas :)
Nothing says 4th of July like some smores and fireworks! The kids LOVED seeing fireworks last night.
A little sparkler action. Luckily it had rained earlier and so the fire danger was super low, in addtition to it being a very wet year anyway.
