I found this on Pinterest this morning and had to share. Nike has some really great ads and who doesn't want to have evil legs!
It came out kind of fussy but it says

I love this!

My Christmas weekend has been so busy! I did manage to run more than I thought I would .. :) I have to work an extra day this week :( so I might be behind on my miles, but that's okay. It isn't like I have any races anytime soon.
I am planning to start doing some speedwork once the new year rolls around. It has felt good to take a break from it though.
Hope you all have a good Tuesday and I am hoping to catch up a little on my blog reading tomorrow. I have mostly been unplugged since Friday. I did have a great Christmas and got lots of great loot.
