We did take an x-ray of my foot yesterday and saw nothing of significance so at least I don't have any broken bones.
2. Miss Zippy who has also dealt with her share of injuries recommended this book to me.
I think I ordered it within 15 minutes of her suggesting it. She was so convincing.
I feel like I have dealt with so many injuries since I ran a marathon almost 2 years ago. I just want everything all healed up.
3. While I was on Amazon I threw this in my shopping cart too.
I have been wanting more yoga that was runner focused and this had great reviews. Now I just have to wait for it to get here.
I hope you get some answers soon! It is so frustrating to not only be injured but to also not know exactly what is wrong!
ReplyDeleteMystery injuries are so frustrating; I hope your PT can figure it out soon!
ReplyDeleteI bought that book too after Amanda mentioned it a while back - learning a lot. Good luck getting some answers soon!
ReplyDeleteI really hope you get it figured out. How frustrating that the running is the only cardio that hurts you :(
ReplyDeleteGreat book ideas. I might have to grab them too:)
ReplyDeleteThe Anatomy for Runner's book is FANTASTIC!! Even if you just do the assessments to find your weaknesses and then do the exercises recommended it is well worth the buy. Great stuff! I hope it helps you and am glad you don't have any fractures!!!
ReplyDeleteI thought that was a book about yoga and stared for like 2 minutes trying to figure out how you could do yoga from a book. Good luck! I feel awful for you, I really hope you are on the mend soon!
