That's the end of April

Time to wrap up another week! It wasn't my best week in running, but I think a week of easier was okay,

Sunday was cold and rainy.  I ended up taking a cross training day on the elliptical and doing some yoga,

Monday started out feeling a little rough but once my legs got warmed up it felt really good and I ran a pretty good negative split.

Tuesday the legs were just not feeling it so I kept it short and easy. More grey overcast skies.

Where is the sunshine?! Not around this week!

Our bottle baby Mack has progressed to being a bucket baby meaning he gets to slurp instead of suck.

Wednesday I came home from work and did 10 minutes on the rowing machine and a 15 minute HIIT workout. I had really wanted to run but the roads were so muddy and slippery.  Then I cooled off in the rain.
Rain sweet rain.

Thursday I did a 20 minute Beachbody workout in the morning that I liked, but now I can't remember which one it was. eh whatever

Friday... nothing. I had to work and then my daughter had a birthday party and grocery shopping blah blah blah.

Saturday.. branding day, I was planning to run after we were done, but I made the mistake of snuggling up on the couch with a kid to watch a few minutes of a movie and I was down for the count.

My lil cowboy and his cowgirl cousin were a great team holding down the calves while they got their vaccines and brands.  Teamwork!

and pictures from the yoga challenges I did this week. I ended April with 2 challenges, which is one more than I prefer. It's a lot for me to keep up with!

I am still deciding on a May challenge, I think I am going to pick one that challenges me a lot more... some of the poses look really hard but it's good to be challenged!
